SEO - Search Engine Optimisation
If you go to Google and type in the name of your product or service, does your site appear on the first few results pages? If not, you should consider investing in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Not to be confused with Pay Per Click (PPC) where you bid on specific words to appear in the 'sponsored links' section (shown in yellow on the image), SEO is used to improve your ranking in the 'natural results' (shown in blue). In the yellow section you pay each time someone clicks the link to your site, in the blue section, you don't pay anything.
